Place your order before Thursday 18th December at 3pm and we'll make sure it gets to you before the big day with our standard shipping. Still shopping? We'll continue processing orders until Friday 19th December at 4pm, but please note we can't guarantee these will arrive before Christmas due to courier timings. Holiday Closure: Our team will be taking a well-deserved break from Friday 19th December until Sunday 4th January. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday 19th December will be processed when we return on Monday 5th January, in the order they were received. Sending before the cut-off dates gives you the best chance of getting your item where it needs to be for Christmas. |
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. While we always try to have orders dispatched as soon as possible, you may encounter slight delays during peak times of year (eg. Christmas).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a $5 flat rate standard shipping for New Zealand addresses. We offer FREE shipping on NZ orders over $100.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping. Please search for a local retailer of Angel En Provence and Dancoly manufactured goods in your country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@angelhaircare.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, due to the dimensions of our packaging, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address to send your order to.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@angelhaircare.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
